Belief in only Decepticon law leads this expert in urban insurgency to create as much civil unrest as one Decepticon can achieve. Unlike many, actually uses his police cruiser mode for disguise, altering it regularly to blend in with local law enforcement or federal agencies, Discord causes chaos at every chance for authorities. Capable of altering his looks to match any city, he uses a mixture of holograms, paid criminals in disguise and even some real corrupt cops to give his acts authenticity. Prone to distraction from missions as he tries to make personal 'attacks' on individuals. In robot mode he uses his holograms to avoid combat on most occasions, preferring to let others fight while he distracts. As a police cruiser he is little different, but capable of much higher speeds to outdistance pursuit, or catch those he himself is pursuing in the name of the 'law'.
