"Even Autobots dial 911"
Halligan is a cool-headed SWAT officer who takes his job seriously. Described as 'no-fun' by his fellow Autobots he is very helpful towards humans in every day situations and works to develop a close relationship with the community.
In robot mode, Halligan uses a modified SPAS-12 shotgun for regular work. For more special situations, he uses either a pistol or ASP baton with a ballistic/riot shield. Transforms into a Lenco Armored Personnel Carrier capable of withstanding enormous punishment.
Halligan's obsessive work ethic takes it toll over time and often leave him low on energon. If placed in a tight spot, Halligan will always protect the innocents rather than a material objective. This makes him somewhat predictable in those situations.
History[]
Halligan was among the first 'made for combat' Autobot, one who never was a civilian before the beginning of the war. He became prison guard on at a very remote prison in a deep quadrant of the galaxy. While pulling security duty on a prisonner transport, the shuttle had an accident and has been floating derelic in the orbit of some backwater world until he was recovered through sheer luck by the Autobots.
