"We need a little Christmas, right this very minute!"
San-Tah is a giver..no, not The Giver, like in the scary kids' book, but A giver, like his namesake, Santa Claus. San-Tah is the mechanical embodiment of Christmas, feeling that it is his job to give regularly to anyone he meets, and to leave no one without a smile on their face. So please, don't refuse a gift or act unhappy around him..he can't stand it.

San-Tah was built sometime after the Junkions landed on Junk, out of spare parts. Ostensibly as a gift from one Junkion to another (as they had just discovered Christmas and the idea of gift-exchanges - his name, San-Tah, came from the word they believed to mean "gift"), San-Tah was born into Christmas, and thought it was all there was. Eventually the Junkions moved on, but he remained. He absorbed everything about Christmas that he could. He made a few tough choices..his hero lived in relative solitude amongst his helpers..San-Tah couldn't imagine living alone, and couldn't find anyone who wanted to have pointy aurals welded to them and make toys all year, so he stayed at home. While he is constantly giving gifts, he has become the unofficial mascot of the Christmas celebration, a title he relishes.
