It is said Soundwave can hear a fly sneeze. Opportunistic, intensely loyal to the Decepticon cause, seeks to advance his own position and the expansion of the Empire. Calm, collected, and unreadably distant to most Decepticons; fiercely protective of his tape creations. Sensors can detect even the most minute energy and radio emissions. Able to read minds by monitoring electrical brain impulses. Acts as a communications uplink for others. Often the target of resentment for his rank and station. Sensors can be overloaded by receiving too much stimuli very abruptly.

- Soundwave's chest is a magical pocket of subspace.
- Soundwave doesn't blink. He glares.
- Soundwave fills a paternal role for his tapes.
- Soundwave was once Megatron's most trusted confidant. Since Megatron's transformation into Galvatron, that role is now filled by Cyclonus.
- Soundwave doesn't trust anyone, not even his own Intelligence division (hence all being Rank 1).
- Soundwave is not your friend.
- Built Autoscout. No one knows why.

- Escape From Cygnus Beta - Three Autobots, Paradigm, Mishap and Gantry escape from a Decepticon prison and await pickup. Nothing can go wrong now, surely?
- Dr Sixarp - The vile galactic war criminal Dr Sixarp invites the Autobots and Decepticons to his secret bunker to bid for weapons of mass destruction. But he has an even eviller scheme up his sleeve...
- Human Sensitivity Training - Soundwave enlists Tuxedo to help train the Decepticons on how to treat humans as if the Decepticons really, truly respect them.
- Human Sensitivity Training pt 2 - Soundwave tries desperately to train several of the most idiotic Decepticons on how best to treat their human "allies," and the results are catastrophic.

- Lair Of The Beast - Praxis summons his minions to him to prepare for the final conflict

- The Battle Of Vernier - Scourge has a diabolical plan - to build a gigantic Ultra Mega Vernier in Florida, and use it to spin the Earth off its axis. Can the Autobots stop him?
- Seaworldastrophe - On the orders of Outburst, a group of Decepticons travel to Seaworld to kidnap a shark!
- Thunder In The Skies - The legendary Thunderwing arrives with a delivery for the Decepticons - two state of the art Pretender shells. But advances in technology can be hard to swallow for some.
- Dockside Cuddles - The Autobots make a diversionary strike on the docks of New Crystal City. But they reckoned without its guardian - the gigantic robot squid known as 'Cuddles'
- Terror On Tycos - Thunderwing leads the Decepticons on an attack on the planet Tycos, to gain the rare and mysterious element rheanimum
- Start of Darkness - The Decepticons are visited by the herald of Alpha Q
- Ghost and Sharks and Quints - Before anyone has time to puzzle over their strange wraith-like visitor, there are reports of Quintesson activity in New York. There, in place of the Statue of Liberty, they discover a Quintesson ghost-ship and loads of confused Sharkticons
- Cube - A space trickster kidnaps a group of Autobots and Decepticons, trapping them in his devilish Cube. Can they solve the puzzles and escape?
- Junked - The end of the Juice? As the Junkions battle the Autobots and Decepticons on Junk, the puppetmasters behind the curtain are revealed.
- Decepticons over Dover - There's a... Blueshift over the white cliffs of Dover? The Decepticons raid the famous landmark for supplies of chalk.
- Trokius Returns - The Quintessons gambit is revealed - they are reconstructing the cityformer Trokius on an even larger scale. An Autobot/Decepticon strikeforce is sent to take it out
- Kick Back And Relax - Whilst at one of Shockwave's towers doing some data entry and filing, a group of Decepticons are ambushed by an Autobot elite strike team!
- Nevada Showdown - Guiltor continues his reign of terror with his next victim - Arachnae. Can Onslaught, Compile and Dredclaw fend the fiend off in time?

- A Beautiful Mindwipe - Some Decepticons confront Mindwipe about his loyalties, and the Headmaster shows off some of his hypnotic ability.
- From the Frying Pan and into the Backfire - Soundwave suspends Backfire, sneaky plots ensue!
