One of the more enigmatic Seekers, originally sought to replace Starscream. Turbulence's facades hide a mind which is constantly working to better himself and his place within the ranks. Speaks in a whispering voice like a gentle breeze when calm, passionate and melodramatic when excited or in battle. A combination of antigravity and electromagnetic coils in his body give him exceptional control of the airflow around him. Able to influence and control air patterns nearby, from a small draft to a gale force; uses this against opponents. Can induce electrical discharges resembling lightning. In aircraft mode, is among the most maneuverable of the Seekers due to his control over the air around him. Powerless outside of an atmosphere.
